Some legal background information regarding refunds relating to digital products.

Please note that in law, digital products are classed differently to physical products.  Digital products are given their own unique category under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and are therefore not defined as services or physical goods.

Legally this means that because of the nature of digital products, once a digital product has been downloaded by a customer,  then that customer is not automatically entitled to a refund (unless the digital product is faulty). There is a further explanation of how the law deals with digitally downloaded products here.

Studio / Zoom Classes & On Demand Sessions

  • All payments are required in full prior to the courses.
  • Payments for Alento Pilates courses, classes, memberships, individual sessions and series are non refundable.
  • Once purchased the online Single Sessions will be stored in your Alento at Home account area under the videos tab.
  • For our Live Zoom classes if you cannot make your booked dates, you will be sent a replay available for 7 days.
  • The Zoom On Demand Sessions are sent weekly by email and are available for 7 days.
  • Alento at Home monthly memberships are recurring, you may cancel anytime through your account area. Please note, the membership will cancel immediately.
