Useful Information

Use the links above to book either the full six weeks or individual sessions.

Full Term Booking / New Clients

Full term bookings will be available until 1 weeks before the start of term.

There is a double booking system, pre book ahead and then you will receive an email closer to the term start date where you can confirm your booking of the 6 individual dates.

People booking the full term are able to use the ‘catch up booking’ transferring any missed lessons within the 6 weeks term.

New clients who would like to start sooner should get in touch using the contact form.

Pay As You Go Session Booking

Pay as you go bookings are available after completing your first 6 week term (or 3 private lessons)

The booking page will be open 1 week prior to the start of term.

You can book as many PAYG as you like at the start of term or book them weekly throughout.

Class Details

The class length will be determined by the number of participants: 3 or 4 people will be 50mins / 2 people will be 40mins / 1 person will be 30mins.

We work in grippy socks or CLEAN bare feet, wearing workout clothes without zips please.

Bring some water.
